Upon enrolling with Total Ballet both Customers and Students agree to abide by the following;
1. Customer agrees to pay all term fees within 2 weeks of issued invoice unless a formal payment agreement is made with Total Ballet.
2. Term fees paid are non-refundable. In the case of medical leave a credit may be agreed upon in the form of future class credit or a partial refund of fees, less administration costs.
3. Total Ballet reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue fees.
4. Non-Payment of fees will result in students being excluded from classes and/or performances until such time as payment is made or payment arrangment put in place.
5. Students and Customers are required to behave in a manner that is respectful to Teaching staff and other students/customers. Any breach of behaviours will result in removal from classes and if unresolved cancelled enrolment.
6. Students are expected to wear appropriate dancewear to classes. Students not complying will be given a reminder, repeat warnings may result in exclusion from class.
7. For the safety of all students and staff any agression or threats will not be tolerated. Any behaviour that puts students/staff at risk will result in cancellation of enrolment.
8. Any complaints, issues of concern by students/customers are to be notified to teachers or via email. Any comments/complaints will be addressed and a solution sought.
9.Any slander/negative comments made on social media will be classified as a breach of Terms and Conditions.
10. Any bullying behaviour by students/customers to other students/customers or staff will also be in breach of acceptable behaviour and will result in removal from classes or enrolment cancellation.
11. Any customes/students entering the studio and/or participating in classes do so at their own risk. All care is taken to minimise and avoid injuries or harm by Total Ballet however as with any sport injury risk is always present and as such participants acknowledge that Total Ballet is not liable for such injuries.
