Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Yodelay Music (“we,” “our,” or “us”) services, including music lessons and other related offerings provided at our Cabarita Beach, Murwillumbah and Primary School locations. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Requirements
1.1 Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to register for services or have parental/guardian consent for students under 18.
1.2 Agreement:
By enrolling in our services, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.
2. Registration and Payment
2.1 Registration:
All students must complete a registration form and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
2.2 Fees and Payments:
Payments are required in advance for each term or agreed-upon service period by the due date shown on the invoice.
Payment methods include direct debit, credit card, or other options specified by us.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Customers with unpaid invoices will incur all costs of debt recovery as deemed appropriate by a debt recovery agency and other relevant legal professionals.
2.3 Refunds:
Refunds are provided only in specific circumstances, such as cancellations by us or extraordinary situations reviewed at our discretion.
3. Lesson Policies
3.1 Attendance:
Students are expected to attend lessons punctually. Missed lessons without prior notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling:

3.3 Public Holidays:
No lessons are held on public holidays unless specifically arranged in advance.
4. Student Conduct
4.1 Behavior:
Students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards teachers, staff, and other students.
Disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of services.
4.2 Care of Equipment:
Any damage to Yodelay Music equipment caused by a student will be the responsibility of the student or their guardian.
5. Limitation of Liability
Yodelay Music is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in our programs, except where caused by our negligence.
Students and guardians assume all risks associated with music lessons and related activities.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during lessons, including sheet music, recordings, and instructional content, remain the property of Yodelay Music and may not be reproduced or distributed without our prior consent.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate a student’s enrollment at any time for violation of these Terms or other reasons deemed necessary. Refunds for terminated services are provided at our discretion.
8. Privacy
By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with NSW laws.
