The data collected from you will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent. The email you provide may be used to send you information and respond to inquiries.

I acknowledge that Northern Rivers Tennis Academy may film, use video analysis and photography during programmes, lessons & events. I acknowledge and agree that this usage, including for marketing & promotion purposes may be used on social media for promoting the Northern Rivers Tennis Academy with performance updates and promotion purposes. Without knowledge, compensation or notice to myself or my staff. Images may be used on our website, social media and other promotional material.

I hereby authorise the staff of Northern Rivers Tennis Academy, or those sub-contracting to them, to act for me according to their best judgement, in any emergency requiring medical attention. I release Northern Rivers Tennis Academy from any and all liability for injury/illness and related costs, incurred while participating in a programme they are running.

All lessons/comp are charged on a school term basis (depending on number of weeks). Any new players joining after 1 week, will be charged on ‘part thereof basis’.
Once registering for a term block, no refund will be offered if the participant does not complete the term, for any reason. Invoices will be emailed/sent out after week 1 of term. All payments are due 7 days from the date of the invoice. Failure to pay invoice may by due date, may result in non-attendance util account is finalised.
Late Fees
Any late payments, or than 7 days past the invoice date, may attract a late payment penalty fee,
as set out by the Penalty Interest Act 1983.

Missed Lessons
It is my responsibility to attend all scheduled lessons. If I am unable to attend, due to illness, I must notify Northern Rivers Tennis Academy, prior to my lesson. Catch up lessons will only be offered if notification is given at least 30 prior to lesson starting. A maximum of two catch up lessons will be offered.
All catch up lessons will be conducted during the existing school term, or in some cases, the school holiday directly following. If I am unable to attend the catch-up session offered, that lesson will be forfeited.

Our policy is:
If at all possible, lessons will go ahead. A decision will not be made until just prior to the lesson commencing. So, you are required to turn up at the courts.
In the event where conditions make play impossible, Northern Rivers Tennis Academy will send out a group message, advising a cancellation, as early as possible.
If you do not receive notification, the lesson will be on and catch-up lessons will not be offered to non-attendees
