Fee Policies & Procedures
• Term fees are to be paid within three weeks of issue.
• The studio will not offer tuition to any student whose fees are more than one term in arrears unless arrangements have been made with the Principal.
• Registration fee of $30 is to be paid upon enrolment.
• If unable to pay fees within the above period please contact the studio to arrange alternative payment.
• At the end of the year each student must re-enrol for the following year. Automatic enrolment will not occur.
• Discounts are available when either 1 student is participating in 2 or more classes or when a family has 2 or more children each participating in 1 or more classes.
• Students will require between 1-3 costumes & parents will be invoiced for this. Parents should allow around $60-$80 per costume as well as allow for tights/socks. Senior Costumes as well as Ballet costumes are usually $70-$100.

Information, Email, Notice Board Policies & Procedures
• It is the parents’ and students’ responsibility to read each email when sent.
• Parents are encouraged to read the notice board on our Facebook page on a weekly basis.

Injury/Medical Condition Policies & Procedures
• It is the student’s responsibility to notify their teacher in the event of injury/medical condition, prior to class.
• Basic first aid is available to every student.
• iDance Studios will not be held responsible for any injuries which may occur whilst in class or on the premises, but will seek medical attention for your child immediately if needed.

Class Policies & Procedures
• Please be advised that we are a NO NUT studio. Please do not bring nuts or nut products into the studio.
• All students must be neatly groomed for class.
• Students must have correct class uniform, as outlined on the uniform list, at all times. Socks or tights must be worn to each class.
• Students are encouraged to bring a bottle of water to each class, however no coloured drinks or food with nuts are permitted in the hall.
• Parents are advised that some physical contact may be necessary by a member of staff to demonstrate exercises or techniques or if a staff member needs to administer first aid.
• Parents are not permitted in the classroom during classes, unless the teacher grants special permission
• Parents/guardians of all classes will have a chance to stay and watch during the last class of each term only.
• If enrolment numbers in any class fall below a viable level the studio reserves the right to cancel the class.

Concert Policies & Procedures
• If you do not want your child to participate in the end of year performance, the studio must be informed in writing before 1 June or you will still be required to pay for costumes ordered.
• It is not compulsory for a student to be involved in the annual performances, however it is preferred.
• Students must attend a minimum of 70% of their lessons to participate in the end of year performance.
• Parents understand that there are compulsory hair and makeup requirements for the end of year performance and other performances throughout the year.
• Students will be required for 1 photo day and approximately 4-6 group rehearsals. All students must attend rehearsals.

Eisteddfod Policies & Procedures
• iDance Studios encourage eisteddfods for some students and parents will be notified of eisteddfods and extra costs relating to these performances are required.
• If you wish for your child to be part of the iDance Studios eisteddfod group you must be prepared to attend all performance classes, rehearsals and performances and pay necessary fees.

Other Enrolment Conditions
• iDance Studios accepts no responsibility for injury or loss to person or property whatsoever caused and without limiting the generality of the foregoing damage or injury resulting from or cause by any negligence of the principal, or other employees.
• No responsibility will be taken for students before or after the class start & finish times.
• By signing this form you are giving consent for iDance Studios to use photographs and/or video footage of the dance student for promotional purposes e.g. website, newspapers, flyers, Facebook page, events. Student names may appear in our Concert programs and online.
• Please be aware that iDance Studios has the right to sell videos of students who participate in the end of year concert and group photos.
• All parents/guardians and pupils will respect and cooperate with all teacher instructions and decisions.
• All products of iDance Studios including music, choreography and routines remains the property of the studio and cannot be replicated.
• During the period of participation it is the responsibility of the guardian or student to advise the Principal if any student information changes.
• We will consider any unusual ‘heatwave’ conditions and classes may be postponed or cancelled if temperatures reach more than 38°.
• We will follow government guidelines throughout the year and hold replacement classes online in the event of forced closure. No refunds will be given in the event of forced closure.
