TINY ECOLEANS MORNING CLASSES
By enrolling at Ecole Performing Arts (Ecole) for 2026, it is assumed you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions and Fee Policy.
POLICIES & GUIDELINES
1. Classes and Enrolments
All class enrolments require the online form to be completed.
Students in Tiny Ecoleans are offered their first lesson complimentary. Once you have trialled the class and wish to continue, we will get you to register and complete the payment form.
Once registered and processed, you will receive a confirmation email of your child’s classes. Your child’s enrolment in these classes will continue weekly, unless you advise us your child will not be continuing. For withdrawal to class/es, two weeks written notice via email (info@ecole.com.au) must be given. Please refer to our Fees Policy for full details regarding withdrawal from classes.
The Tiny Ecoleans program follows the NSW Public School term dates.
The Tiny Ecoleans program does not participate in the End of Year Performance.
2. Punctuality and Absences (makeup classes)
Please be punctual as late arrivals can be disruptive. If you know in advance that your child will be absent from class for any reason, please let us know by email, info@ecole.com.au or sms, 0433 832. Provided you advise us in advance of your absence from your Tiny Ecoleans class (within two hours of the class start time), you can make up this class on another day of the week within a fortnight.
Classes do not run on days declared as Public Holidays in NSW. If you would like to request a make-up class to another day for Tiny Ecoleans, please email us.
3. Class Cancellation
If there are insufficient numbers to run a Tiny Ecolean class or unavoidable circumstances arise that prevent Ecole from running a class, Ecole reserves the right to cancel the class and provide enrolled participants with at least 24 hour’s notice of this. Tiny Ecolean students will receive either a refund, credit or makeup class, at the discretion of Principal.
 
4. Uniform and Grooming
For our Tiny Ecolean morning classes, there is no specific uniform. Students must wear appropriate clothing to be able to freely move. Students can wear ballet shoes, jazz shoes, sneakers or bare feet, with hair neatly tied back off face. Ecole does not take responsibility for any valuables brought to or left on the premises.
5. Safety and Security
Our premises are monitored by security cameras to ensure the safety and protection of both students and staff. All of our teachers and studio staff have a valid Working With Children Check.
The toilet facilities at Ecole are for student use only. Parents are only permitted in the toilet areas with their own preschool age or younger child.
6. Health of a Student
We accept students on the assumption that they are in good health and fitness and may participate in dance activities at the studio. It is your responsibility to notify staff of any injury, medical condition or allergy suffered by the student that may prevent him/her from engaging in certain physical exercises or routines. Students are permitted to bring water into the studios. In case of an emergency requiring urgent medical attention, the undersigned herby authorises the staff of Ecole to seek medical attention. In such an event, Ecole will make every effort to contact the Parents/Guardians before any action is taken, unless life threatening.
7. Physical Contact in the Performing Arts
Some physical contact may be necessary by a member of the faculty to demonstrate technique or exercise – or if First Aid is to be administered.
8. Personal Contact Details
Please keep us up to date with your correct email address and telephone numbers. There is a posting box outside the office door for messages. If the Office is unattended, phone messages (0433 832 653) will be dealt with as soon as possible. Please do not expect teachers to answer your queries between classes.

9. Ecole Website, Customer Portal and Notices
The website is regularly updated with news and important information. Website: www.ecole.com.au
Ecole uses an optional Customer Portal/App which allows you to manage your account including, viewing your child’s enrolment, reviewing attendance and checking term dates.
 
10. Media Release and Permission
You grant to Ecole, the right to take photographs/videos of your child whilst participating in the Tiny Ecoleans class run by Ecole Performing Arts. You acknowledge that Ecole will use such images/videos for promotional purposes across various media including Ecole’s website, Ecole’s Facebook, Ecole’s Instagram, newsletters, print collateral, etc. You hereby permit Ecole to use images/videos in a lawful manner for the purposes described above. You understand that your consent can be withdrawn at any time upon written notice and that students private information will not be disclosed.
When you enrol your child at Ecole through the online enrolment form via the Ecole website, there is both a Media Permission acceptance field under the student details section as well a Media Release option at the end of the form. You can either agree or disagree to the Media Permission on the online form. If you agree to the Media Permission, then you grant to Ecole the rights as stated above in the Media Release. At no time do we use student’s first name and last name with their photo.
 
FEES POLICY 2026
TINY ECOLEANS MORNING CLASSES
1. Invoices & Payments
Fees are charged weekly, in advance of class, and will be automatically processed via direct debit through our payment provider, Payrix. All families are required to register for a direct debit payment plan upon enrolling into the class after your complimentary trial.
Unpaid or overdue accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency for recovery of outstanding fees, including any associated collection costs.
As a DIRECT DEBIT customer with ECOLE PERFORMING ARTS , I agree that:
I am responsible for entering and updating, when necessary, my bank account and/or credit card details via the registration link
I will nominate a default payment method (if more than one payment method is entered)
The fees for the use of this system are taken by Payrix at the time of the direct debit. The fees are a payer fee and are as follows:
Set up Fee
A one off set up fee/data storage and compliance $2.20
Credit Card payments
Every transaction via mastercard/visa is $0.33 plus 1.87% of the instalment
Every transaction via American Express is $0.33 plus 3.5% of the instalment
Bank account direct debit
$0.88 transaction fee for each instalment
ECOLE PERFORMING ARTS, through their payment provider; Payrix has the authority to debit my account or credit card the full balance owing on my Tuition Fees on the TUESDAY of each week.
A failed payment fee of $4.40 will be added to my Ecole account if my direct debit payment fails.
Where a direct debit payment fails in 2 consecutive weeks, students will not be able to participate in classes and any Ecole PERFORMING ARTS events until all outstanding amounts are paid in full
2. Weekly Fees & Attendance
Fees are payable in advance, on a weekly basis and are charged regardless of attendance.
New students are entitled to one free trial lesson, with no fee payable for that class.
3. Changes to Enrolment & Cancellations
Any changes to enrolment or withdrawal from classes must be submitted in writing to info@ecole.com.au
A minimum of two (2) weeks’ written notice is required to cancel an enrolment. All fees paid are non-refundable.
