In accepting and signing LCPA PRIVACY POLICY you agree to the following

LCPA

1. Permission for the use of digital images/filming of your enrolled student(s) to be posted on LCPA website, other social media platforms and advertising/promotional works is agreed and approved by you the ‘Customer/Student’ unless expressed otherwise in writing to admin@lcpa.net.au
2. LCPA will not share registration details of any nature relating to enrolled student(s) and/or Customer without express permission by the customer/student.
3. Entry to venue space other than student/parent/guardian to timetabled classes will not be permitted.
4. Acceptance of ‘Membership’ to LCPA website, registration-enrolment site and/or social media platforms is at the discretion of LCPA. Termination of approved membership(s) is also at the discretion of LCPA.
5. COVID-19 vaccination history/details will not be shared by LCPA if/when it becomes mandated.


Student and Family

1. Registered customers and/or enrolled students of LCPA agree not to share/use/duplicate/re-work intellectual property of LCPA including but not limited to:
- Class work
- Choreography
- ICT
- Password/login details
- Copyright property
In addition to
- Digital imagery via print/text/email/social media or
other
- Other students personal/private circumstance
including any form of cohesion or bullying.
2. Any solo/duo/trio/quad/troupe choreography cannot be performed outside LCPA performances/competitions/events without permission from LCPA Principal and cannot be used if a student is no longer enrolled at LCPA.

In accepting and signing 'LCPA TERMS and CONDITIONS' [T&C's] I/we are agreeing to the following listed T&C's

LCPA TERMS and CONDITIONS [T&C's]

1. I/we have read and understood class descriptions/prerequisites on the LCPA website prior to student enrolment.
2. I/we accept registration/enrolment may be terminated if we deviate or breach the listed T&C's.
3. LCPA reserves the right to refuse/decline and/or cancel enrolment at any time with no refund of fees.
4. LCPA EXCLUSIVE ENROLMENT POLICY. Registrations will be declined for any student/sibling enrolled at/attending classes or teaching at/choreographing for any other Karratha/Pilbara/online dance/ballet/acro school/entity across all age groups.
5. A strict NO PAY NO CLASS policy is adopted by LCPA. All fees are required to be paid in full within seven days of receiving enrolment acceptance email. Full payment of enrolment for the term secures student class placement.
6. NO REFUNDS. Including class/term fees, costume fees/deposits, performance & comp fees/contributions. No exceptions. Teacher absences/cancelled classes will be made up at the end of each year in the form of extra rehearsals such as tech/stage/dress rehearsals with no charge to students.
7. I accept the current 2026 fees inclusive of GST, payment terms and requirements.
8. Each enrolment will be charged an additional $45 registration and membership fee per family/per annum, paid upon initial enrolment.
9. Costume fees for LCPA ANNUAL SHOWCASE due and required to be paid in full at the commencement of TERM 2, or as requested by LCPA Principal. Cash payments accepted only.
10. Showcase stage rehearsals and tech rehearsals at REAP are compulsory for every student.
Students are required to attend all classes throughout each term. Committing to outside activities/sports which impact LCPA attendance, may lead to your child’s registration/inclusion in planned LCPA performances/comps/exams being cancelled.
11. The year consists of four terms, following WA state school year. Each LCPA term will provide 9 weeks of classes, usually commencing at the start of each school term. Some terms and term dates may be subject to change (including in the event of COVID-19).
12. In following COVID-19 Health/Government guidelines, LCPA is liable to adopt restrictions as instructed. This may impact timetabled classes. No refunds will be given although efforts will be made to offer alternate options which may include online zoom classes or adjusted class format to suit social distancing rules, mask wearing and venue requirements (as mandated).
13. Any damage to studio/venue and/or property by the student is the responsibility of students, parents/guardians in the form of repair and or replacement.
14. Students are responsible for their own valuables, including mobile phones which must be turned off or placed on silent during class times.
15. All jewellery including watches must be removed before class commencement. Only small earrings (studs/sleepers) are acceptable. All visible piercings and jewellery must be removed for every performance/competition.
16. All students and student teachers must wear complete LCPA uniform with hair groomed neatly tied away from face for all classes. All student teachers must display their student teacher badges.
17. Punctuality is essential. Students should arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their class starting time. Prompt pick-up of students’ by parent/guardian is expected. For students safety, parents/guardians are required to wait at the studio door and drop off and pick up, not in your car, as students will not be released until a Parent/Guardian is sighted.
18. Personal hygiene should be adhered to out of respect for other participating students. This includes hand sanitiser if/when required.
19. All students, parents/guardians are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow students, teachers/student teachers and any related LCPA contacts at all times.
20. Students are not permitted to leave a class without being accompanied by a parent/guardian.
21. Every student is required to bring a non-spill water bottle filled with WATER only. Healthy non-mess snacks are allowed between classes.
22. Student’s choosing to permanently dye hair in a distracting/ bright colour prior to a performance/competition will not be permitted to perform/compete.
23. Students must attend ALL rehearsals leading up to LCPA performances/competitions or they will not be permitted to perform/compete.
24. Notification of student absences must be provided in wrtiting via email prior to scheduled class.
25. Parents/guardians are not permitted to view classes in progress EXCLUDING Tiny Toes. Family & friends are invited to view classes during Open week, which will be scheduled at the end of selected terms.
26. All students are required to act responsibly in the studio to pevent injury and accidents.
27. Abuse, intolerance, racism, bullying, or disrespectful or inappropriate language/comments by students/parents/guardians inside or outside class, at any LCPA attended venue or on any media platform or via email will not be tolerated. Enrolment may be cancelled with no refunds offered.
28. Vaping/Smoking by Students/Parents/Guardians is not permitted inside/outside any LCPA venue.

Duty of care is our highest priority.

*LCPA will apply a 10% Discount to Fees per customer invoice/per term - over the value of $600 total.
