FROM THIS POINT FORWARD, by signing your registration form you are indicating that you agree to the following terms and conditions
IN CLASS RULES
1. Students must arrive 5 minutes before class with their uniform on, correct shoes and hair up.
2. Students under 12yrs should not bring their mobile phone to NRG Studios. If students 12yrs and younger do need to bring their phone, we ask they are handed into the office before commencing classes and collected as students leave.
We have a ‘No Phones’ policy in class for all students. We also don’t allowed students to charge their phones in the waiting areas. NRG Studios Allstars takes no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
3. Food and gum are not allowed in class.
4. Students must always speak to their teacher and other students respectfully.

GENERAL RULES
1. Enrolment is presumed for the entirety of 2024, I understand that fees will continue to be charged until NRG Studios Allstars is notified in writing of withdrawal from classes.
2. To withdraw from a class, two weeks’ notice from scheduled class day must be provided in writing to NRG Studios. Normal class fees will be charged if notice given is less than one week.
3. Students will not be able to participate in classes if payment details are not on file or payment in advance is not received by the end of Week 2, or a direct debit payment fails in 2 consecutive weeks.
4. Students will not be able to participate in any NRG Studios Allstars events if account is not up to date and there are any outstanding amounts owed on account.

FEES
1. All classes are invoiced and payable by Ezidebit on a fortnightly basis unless paying by the class (please note this is a more expensive option) which mujst be paid PRIOR to the student attending class. All clients will be registered as a Direct Debit customer and must enter payment details via your Ezidebit email sign up link by the end of Week 1 unless payment is made in advance on account.
2. If you wish to pay for the term upfront, payment can be made in advance on your account via the Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card at the Studio or via Bank Transfer. This must be done by the end of Week 1 of each term. If this deadline is missed, your account will be debited via Ezidebit.
3. I understand that any payments made via Ezidebit as the payment method incur a fee per transaction charged by the payment provider. Fees paid via Bank, or in person at the studio do not incur any transaction fees.
4. Registration fees must be paid prior to commencing classes. Showdown and Mid Year Concert fees will be charged in Term 2. Concert costumes and Concert packages will be charged in Term 3 and 4. These fees are non-refundable.
5. I understand that an Administration fee will be charged to outstanding accounts at the rate of $10 per week.
6. NRG Studios Allstars reserves the right to pass any outstanding fees onto a Debt Collection Agency, this will incur a 35% surcharge on the balance of the account.
7. If paying by term, fees must be paid for the WHOLE term. Fees will not be paused or refunded in the event of illness, family holidays or missed classes. If you only wish to pay for the classes you/your child attends, you must by the class, at the price of $25 per class you attend.

CODE OF CONDUCT
1. PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL SAFETY - I understand that NRG Studios Allstars aims to promote a friendly, fun and above all, safe atmosphere for all students. I understand that in cases where a student or parent is deliberately, consistently, and wilfully compromising the safety and/or enjoyment of students, parents or staff, NRG reserves the right to discontinue registration of that student.

2. SOCIAL MEDIA/RAISING AN ISSUE - I agree that if any issue arises throughout the year that I will speak to the principals immediately in a calm manner to resolve the issue as soon as possible. It is important to us that parents, staff, and students work harmoniously together, in the best interests of our students. I agree to ensure my social media comments regarding NRG Studios and its staff assist in creating a positive and collaborative environment.

3. DRUGS/ALCOHOL - I understand that smoking and consuming drugs/alcohol is not allowed in NRG Studios Allstars’ premises or in the car park.

4. PICKING UP YOUR CHILD – I understand that children must be picked up and dropped off to the studio doors. It is important that children are picked up within at least 15 minutes after their class has finished. In the event of an emergency, I will notify NRG Studios immediately.

5. ABSENCES I understand that if my child is going to be absent for any reason, I will notify NRG Studios via email or SMS.

6. CONTACTING STAFF – I agree to contact staff via the NRG Studios office (email or phone) and not via social media or personal phone.

NRG STUDIOS ALLSTARS WAIVER AND MEDICAL RELEASE FORM
In consideration of myself / my child, participating in any way at NRG Studios Allstars’s events & activities, the undersigned acknowledges, & agrees that:
I, the undersigned parent, or legal guardian, do hereby grant permission for my son/daughter to participate in any 2024 NRG Studios Allstars Events and classes.
I further acknowledge and understand and agree that by participating at NRG Studios Allstars events and classes there is a possibility of physical illness or injury (minimal or serious) and that my son/daughter is assuming the risk of such injury by participating. I authorise any representative of NRG Studios Allstars or the event party to consent and authorise any medical attention, treatment, or administration of drugs by qualified and licensed medical personnel for my son/daughter, which may become necessary.

I understand I will be notified as soon as possible in the event of an emergency. I understand and agree that all expenses of such treatment are my responsibility.
If my child has an injury that will affect their ability to dance, cheer or tumble at NRG Studios Allstars I will inform NRG Studios Allstars staff immediately.
NRG Studios Allstars reserves the right to discipline any participant for unruly behaviour or for conduct unbecoming to the event or class. Participants must respect all venue and facility rules and regulations. NRG Studios Allstars reserves the right to withdraw enrolment immediately if a student or parent threatens the safety of any student or staff member of NRG Studios Allstars.

SAFETY AND SUPERVISION
Parents and students must remember that NRG Studios Allstars is a place of business that specialises in teaching dance and cheerleading to children through to adults. All efforts are made by NRG Studios to ensure the safety of children while in our classes and to make waiting areas as safe as possible. When students are waiting for class or are finished class, supervision and care of students and siblings is the responsibility of the parent/guardian of that student. NRG Studios Allstars will not be held responsible for any incidents that occur while in the waiting rooms, in the parking lot, or when travelling to and from NRG Studios Allstars.
1. I understand that CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS MUST BE STRICTLY SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT WHILE OUTSIDE OF OUR STUDIO. This means:

- Children may not leave the studio or waiting area on their own or with other children.
- UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE CHILDREN TO CLIMB THE STAIRS OR HANG OFF THE RAILINGS.
- I must take care when ENTERING and LEAVING the studio (car park)

2. I understand that children must wait inside the studio for their parents

3. I understand that children cannot be dropped off if they DO NOT HAVE A CLASS THAT DAY and that if I disobey this, I will be charged a babysitting fee.

4. I understand that siblings must be supervised and seated while in the studio and that NRG Studios takes no responsibility for the safety of siblings while in the premises.

5. I understand that students may not be dropped off at the studio more than 15 minutes before their class and must be picked up within 15 minutes after their last class

6. We understand that sometimes emergencies occur, and you may need to drop off your child early or pick up later. If this is necessary, please contact us, as we are very understanding but we just need to know if this will be occurring so we can offer you, our assistance.

CAR PARK SAFETY
NRG Studios Allstars is in an industrial park and seeks to exist with other businesses harmoniously. It is very important that NRG Studios customers take extreme care while parking and walking through the carpark. There are 6 parking spaces allocated to NRG Studios and once these are full customers must park on the streets surrounding NRG Studios.
PLEASE NOTE: Car spaces belonging to the surrounding businesses must not be used by NRG Studios customers.
7. I understand that when walking across the carpark, children must always hold their parent’s hand. I will not allow my child to play in the carpark or congregate to talk to other parents

8. I agree to pay for any damage to NRG Studios property and surrounding property caused by ignoring NRG Studios rules.
PINK STREAM CHEERLEADING PERFORMANCE POLICY
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BE A PINK STREAM CHEERLEADER AT NRG STUDIOS?
Pink Stream cheerleaders have special performance uniforms for their performances. These cost approximately $150. These are different to your regular class uniform. They wear the same uniform for every performance they do, including the end of year concert, so they do get a lot of wear out of these.

WHERE DO THE NRG PINK STREAM CHEERLEADING PERFORM?
NRG Pink Stream Cheerleaders can choose to participate in fun performances at fetes, festivals, and other local events throughout the year. This is an added extra we have always offered all our cheer students – a chance to perform with their Pink Stream team for a friendly crowd!

WHAT CLASSES DO I HAVE TO ATTEND SO I CAN PERFORM?
Cheerleading is a team sport – and an exciting one! To participate in these performances, Pink Stream Cheerleading students must show dedication to their team by having 80% attendance to their Cheer class. If they miss more than 2 classes in the term leading up to a performance, they will not be able to perform. These performances are a privilege for our cheer students.

WHEN DO I NEED TO TELL YOU I CAN PERFORM?
You need to make sure you tell us by the date given (when the performance is announced) if you are or are not available for a performance.
Telling us that you/your child cannot perform only days before a performance is not acceptable and may result in you/your child no longer being allowed to perform again.

IF YOU MISS A PERFORMANCE AND DO NOT NOTIFY US AT ALL YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PERFORM AGAIN.
REMEMBER! Cheerleading is a team sport. Just like being part of any sporting team, each member is vital to the team’s success. It is very important that members attend all their classes to ensure our performances are great and most importantly, SAFE.
At NRG Studios, we value the safety of our students above everything else. When Pink Stream cheer team members are absent from class, stunts cannot be practised which makes performing them on stage unsafe.
Lastly, it is a privilege to perform for NRG Studios Allstars. We put a lot of effort into helping our students achieve their best. We are known throughout the Allstars for our crowd-pleasing routines and want to continue our high standard. This can only be maintained with the support of parents and students. This means attending classes, letting us know if you are available for performances and attending performances you commit to.
By signing your registration form you agree to the following terms regarding Pink Stream cheerleading performances:
1. I agree that my child will wear the correct uniform & will look immaculate at performances.

2. I agree that all costumes will be paid by the due date, and I understand that there will be extra charges added if I do not make full payment by the due date.

3. I understand that my child needs to have 80% attendance to be part of special performances.
