Fees are payable in full, by the payment due date listed on the invoice.
Payment may be made by the following methods:
• Online (preferred method via our customer portal)
• Over the phone with the KIC swim school team using credit card (preferred method)
• Eftpos/Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) at The Goodfellow Aquatic Centre (Not available Term 4 2021 due to covid restrictions)
• Cash at The Goodfellow Aquatic Centre. (Not available Term 4 2021 due to covid restrictions)
We DO NOT have direct deposit or BPAY facilities available.
Due to some families changing lesson days after paying term invoices, there may
be small discrepancies shown on the new term’s bill. For example, if you had originally paid for a Monday session consisting of 9 lessons in a term (10 week term with a public holiday) and you moved to a Thursday session with 10 lessons.
If payment has not been made by the due date, students will be removed from their assigned class and we cannot guarantee the same day or time being available at a later date.
Please contact KIC Swim School if you would like to discuss further payment or class options prior to the payment due date. Payment extensions will be granted up to 1 week prior to the commencement of the term, if contacted prior to due date and a 20% payment of the term invoice paid. Once the payment due date has passed we cannot guarantee that classes will still be available due to demand.
Squad fees are calculated differently to lessons. Lesson fees are calculated weekly, while squad fees are per quarter, public holidays & term holiday training have been factored into annual fee calculations.
