DDC online enrolment customers will be emailed an invoice once DDC office staff has approved the selected classes.
Fee Payments:
Fee Payments will be deducted fortnightly in 5 payments starting from the first Thursday of each term. This is to ensure that if there is a lockdown due Covid-19 and DDC is asked to shut down we can cease payments and you are protected.
Failed Payments:
Unless we hear from you if a payment has failed for any reason, the failed payment amount will be added to the next payment date automatically. If no attempt has been made to pay the failed amount the customer will encur a late fee penalty of $25.00, which will be added to their term fees.
Conditions of Entry:
The acceptance of enrolment at DDC implies Parents/Guardians/Carers and Students accept all aspects of regulations of DDC, See DDC student handbook for more details.
Direct Debit Payment of Dance Tuition Fees:
Parents/Guardians/Carers and Students must give 30 days’ notice if they will not be continuing classes and arrange final payment of fees If notice is not given the direct debit will continue to apply and there will be no refunds given.
If notice is not given, it is DDC policy that you will be charged for the following term fees. DDC has waiting lists for classes and such a policy is necessary to allow DDC to enrol new students for the up and coming term.
If starting part way through term DDC will pro-rata fees from Week 4 at the earliest, makeup classes can be arranged to make up for the missed weeks.
In term 4 Parents/Guardians/Carers and Students are required to notify DDC if you/ your children will not be returning the following year.
Permission to Film and Photograph
Throughout the year DDC will professionally photograph and record the students in both class and performance. The photographs taken will be featured around the studio and in promotional material for concerts, DDC’s website and social media. Photographs and DVDs recorded at our concert will be made available for you to purchase after our performance annually.
