Once you are enrolled, all information can be changed/updated via our ThinkSmart Swimming Customer Portal. Enrolment will automatically roll over into the new term, unless notice to quit has been received.
2. Programs

Squad - Programs run throughout the year with holiday breaks as directed by the Head Coach following the competitive season. Please contact the Aquatic Centre Coordinator regarding the TAS Grade 9 Camp.
3. Communication
Newsletters are emailed quarterly with any Aquatic Centre news. Invoices are emailed at the time of booking and prior to the commencement of the next term/quarter. If you have not received invoices or communication from our Centre, please check your Junk Mail as external servers sending mass emails can be redirected to Junk. Please contact the Aquatic Centre Coordinator should you not be receiving any communication.
4. Payment
Fees are payable in advance by the due date on your invoice and non-payment will result in your child being unable to resume classes until payment has been made. Payment can be made online via the banking information at the base of your invoice, by cash/credit card at the Trinity Anglican School office or online via the Customer Portal Finance tab. The TAS Aquatic Centre reserves the right to increase fees periodically.
Learn to Swim – fees are broken down into four 10-week terms and must be paid in advance. Payment covers the placement in the class and does not apply to a class-by-class basis. If you do not attend for any reason without informing the Centre prior to your class start time, the class must still be paid for.
Squad – fees are broken down into four quarterly payments, which can be paid either in advance for the full period, or monthly at the beginning of each month. Alternatively, a casual squad card can be purchased which entitles you to ten sessions. Attendance at these sessions is tracked on our booking system and we will inform you once your current card expires.
5. Make Up Classes
Make ups are only available to Learn to Swim families who have notified the Centre prior to the missed class either in person or via the Customer Portal. Any other missed classes are not eligible for a make-up class and are non-refundable. Make-ups must be scheduled within the same term, are non-transferrable and non-refundable. An additional make up class is not provided if you miss your first booked make up. Changes to your make-up class can be made on application to the Aquatic Centre Coordinator.
6. Holidays
No classes are held during public holidays, and these are not included in your calculated fees. Classes run as normal on pupil free days for any school.
7. Class Schedule
TAS Aquatic Centre has the right to cancel, change classes and/or teachers or move students at any time.
8. TAS Aquatic Centre Cancelled Classes
If your class is cancelled due to extraneous reasons i.e., Lightning or Maintenance issues, either a make-up class or a class credit will be offered by the Centre. If your class has started however, this class will be counted as used. Lightning requires an immediate cessation of programs and classes cannot resume until 30 minutes after the last flash has been seen, as directed by the Aquatic Centre Staff.
9. Refunds
Program fees are not refundable, except under exceptional circumstances (e.g.: illness/injury with supporting documentation). All refund requests must be made in writing to the Aquatic Centre Coordinator. Where possible, credit will be added to another family member to use. No cash refunds will be given. Refunds or credits will not be offered for missed lessons (refer to 5. Make Up Classes).
10. Supervision
Parents are required to provide constant and direct supervision of their children when they are not in their lessons. Our staff are committed to providing the best swimming outcomes for the children in their classes and cannot be responsible for keeping watch of other children on the pool deck. When in our classes, your child has our complete focus and siblings playing around poolside is a distraction to our teachers and other students. Unaccompanied children will be directed to the OSHC and will incur associated costs.
11. Teachers and Coaches
We aim to provide a high consistency of teachers/coaches for your children, however circumstances beyond our control may prevent this (i.e., staff illness/holidays/availability). We will make every effort to inform you of any permanent changes as soon as possible.
12. Photography
Please be aware that no photography/videoing will be permitted without seeking permission of a staff member beforehand. If permission is granted, imagery should contain only your child with no other children, including in the background. You may be asked to delete any images/videos with confirmation by a staff member. Please note that use of mobile phones and recording equipment in the change rooms is strictly prohibited.
13. Illness
Please refrain from bringing your child to lessons if your child is ill. This includes any contagious disease, including molluscum contagion, conjunctivitis, flu, fever, head cold, runny infected noses, cold sores, open wounds, sore throats, vomiting, symptoms of gastroenteritis, ring worm and head lice. The Aquatic Centre Coordinator/Head Coach has the right to refuse entry to anyone believed to be showing symptoms of illness.
14. Queries and Concerns
We aim to provide you with the best possible service. If you are unhappy about anything regarding your child’s swimming tuition, please feel free to contact our Aquatic Centre Coordinator. Feedback is always gratefully received.
