Monthly Tuition Terms & Conditions

Monthly tuition is $149. Your first payment will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving your enrolment.

Future payments will be processed automatically each month on the same date as your first payment. (e.g. if your first payment is on 2 June, the next will be on 2 July, and so on).

If a payment fails, a $15 admin fee (charged by WorldPay) will be added to your monthly fee. We’ll reach out to help get your payment sorted quickly and easily.

Tuition fees are non-refundable.

Class & Venue Guidelines

To keep the class space engaging, safe and age-appropriate, we kindly ask that only one adult per enrolled dancer comes into the venue for Twirltime classes.

Unfortunately, there’s no waiting area available for extra family members or guests.

For their very first class, your little one can wear comfortable clothing they can move in (like leggings/shorts and a t-shirt) and go barefoot.

Once your first payment has been processed, you’ll receive details on how to purchase the correct uniform, which will be available at class.

To keep classes simple, safe and focused:
* No food or chewing gum during class
* Only water is allowed (water bottles encouraged!)
* Please arrive about 5 minutes early so your child is ready to start on time
* No phones, iPads or recording devices during class

Dancing Year & Breaks

Our dancing year runs from 1 February to 30 November.
There are no classes during these breaks:

* Easter Break: 2 - 8 April
* Autumn Break: 13 - 26 April
* Winter Break: 29 June - 17 July
* Labour Day: 6 October
* Spring Break: 25 - 31 October

By enrolling, you agree to these terms so your child (and every child) can enjoy an engaging, age-appropriate and joyful dance experience in a warm, professional and approachable community.

* The correct uniform will be available at your Twirltime class after your first payment has been approved.
