1. We have a closed door policy to help our students stay focussed during class.
2. Students are under the supervision and care of the staff at Cape Performing Arts during class times, however, this duty of care does not extend beyond class times or outside the building.
3. By submitting the enrolment form, the signatory agrees that all activity at Cape Performing Arts is undertaken at the student’s own risk. Cape Performing Arts accepts no responsibility or liability for personal injury or property damage arising from any activity undertaken at or on behalf of Cape Performing Arts.
4. If you do not wish for your child’s photo to be used publicly or for promotional purposes please specify this in writing to Cape Performing Arts.
5. An annual enrolment fee of $20 is charged to all students.
6. Fees must be paid by week 2 of each term, a late fee of $30 will apply to late payments. Enrolment for the following term will be void if payment is not made by the end of Term.
7. A two week notice period is required if a student is to leave a class.
8. Enrolment is ANNUAL and reenrolment each Term is not needed.
9. Enrolment at Cape Performing Arts confirms your childs attendance at our annual end of year concert.
However if your unable to attend it is imperative that you inform us by week 4, Term 3 as after this date you will be obligated to pay your concert invoice.
10. Cape Performing Arts requires all students to wear the correct "Cape" uniform and shoes to all classes.
