Elsternwick Park Tennis Centre Terms and Conditions please read carefully before purchasing any services with us.

Introduction
All services provided by the centre from Tiebreak Enterprises Pty Ltd trading as Elsternwick Park Tennis Centre, Registered ABN Number 51283824416.

All payments for services must be paid in advance by cash or debit/credit card and are non refundable but can be used in credit if enough notice is given prior to service, this excludes restringing . The centre only accepts Visa and MasterCard.

Wet Weather Policy

All services that are cancelled by the centre because of wet weather will be offered an additional makeup class or rescheduling of service booked. No refunds can be provided for wet weather cancellations. Cancellation text message will be provided to all players/parents who are registered for services and we will try to give you at least 30mins notice before the sessions to let you know that the courts are not playable.

Extreme Heat Policy

Elsternwick Park Tennis Centre will suspend all services it provides when the Apparent Temperature reaches above 36 degrees celsius as measured at the Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology. Cancellation text message will be sent to all players/parents who are registered for services to notify them that play is suspended on the courts until the temperature reaches below 36 degrees celsius. Makeup classes or rescheduling of services will be provided for any sessions cancelled. No cash refunds can be provided for extreme heat policy cancellations.

Junior Classes & Adult Classes

A family discount of 5% for 3 players and 10% for 4+ players will be applied to class fee’s.
All players who register for 2+ group classes will receive a 20% discount off each additional class..
Absences due to illness or other should be discussed with management.
2 makeup class is permitted per termly course if 24hrs notice is given. No sessions can be carried over or credited to the following term.

Court Hire

All cancellations within 24hrs will be subject to full charge.
Courts can be rescheduled if receive more than 24hrs notice.
Players must report to reception to register before going on court.

Make-up lessons

Lessons can be rescheduled if we receive more than 24hrs notice.
Private lessons can also be rearranged if we have more thn 24hrs notice

Double Vaxination
If you are unable to prove your double vaccination before the group class then you do forfiet the full amount of money paid for the session

Holiday Tennis Camps

Absences from camp will, if possible, be made up on another day.

Birthday Parties

50% deposit is required to confirm party bookings with remaining balance due on the day of the party.
All services listed on brochure are included in the price except for party bags and birthday cake which are additional.
Final party numbers must be confirmed 72hrs prior to the party date.
