Payment must be made prior to class commencing.
The enrollment is not confirmed until payment is made.

If rain prevents a class from being held, a make up group class will be available for students to attend at the school or GCA Tennis this can be organised in the GCA Customer Portal.

If a student is absent due to illness they are entitled to a make up which can be organised through the GCA Customer Portal or by calling administration. Make-up lessons can be used into the following term, then become invalid at the end of the following term.

Students must be on time to coaching classes.

Students and parents must be respectful and well behaved in classes otherwise the coach has the right to remove the student from class.

Students enrolled in current classes will be automatically enrolled into the next school term before it commences.

No refunds or credits allowed.
