General Terms
Enrolment is presumed for the entirety of 2024, I understand that fees will continue to be charged until STEP RIGHT STUDIOS is notified in writing of withdrawal from classes.
To withdraw from a class, TWO weeks notice from scheduled class day must be provided in writing to info@steprightdance.com. Normal class fees will be charged if notice given is less than TWO weeks.
All classes are invoiced and payable by Direct Debit on a WEEKLY, IN ADVANCE basis. All clients will be registered as a Direct Debit customer and must enter payment details in the Thinksmart Portal by the end of Week 2 unless payment is made in advance on account.
If you wish to pay for the term upfront in full or in part, payment can be made in advance on your account via the Parent Portal, Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card at the Studio or via Bank Transfer. THIS WILL ACT AS A PRE-PAYMENT THAT YOUR WEEKLY FEES WILL DEDUCT FROM.
I understand that any payments made via CREDIT CARD as the payment method incur a $0.33 fee per transaction + 1.85% for VISA & MASTERCARD OR 3.5% for AMEX charged by the payment provider. Fees paid via Bank Account on the Parent Portal, in person at the studio or over the phone do not incur any transaction fees.
Concert Commitment Fees and Costume costs will be billed in term 3 & 4 and will be invoiced separately i.e. not covered by your weekly class direct debit. Concert Commitment Fees are non-refundable once commitment has been made.
Any chosen Studio exam and associated uniform fees are not covered by your weekly class direct debit.
Students will not be able to participate in classes if payment details are not on file or payment in advance is not received by the end of Week 2, or a direct debit payment fails in 2 consecutive payment runs.
Students will not be able to participate in any STEP RIGHT STUDIOS events if account is not up to date and there are any outstanding amounts owed on account.
STEP RIGHT STUDIOS reserves the right to pass any outstanding fees onto a Debt Collection Agency, this will incur a 20% surcharge on the balance of the account.
Direct Debit Terms
As a DIRECT DEBIT customer with STEP RIGHT STUDIOS, through our payment partner PAYRIX, I agree that:
I am responsible for entering and updating when necessary my bank account and/or credit card details via the THINKSMART PARENT PORTAL .
I will nominate a default payment method (if more than one payment method is entered)
STEP RIGHT STUDIOS, through their payment provider PAYRIX, has the authority to debit my account or credit card the full balance owing on my Tuition Fees in my Thinksmart account on the THURSDAY of each WEEK.
Enrolment Fees will be payable upfront at the time of enrolment.
If partaking in exams, invoices will be sent out 8 weeks prior to exam period and are payable 6 weeks prior to exam period otherwise exam nomination is forfeited.
I will pay the associated fee of $0.33 per transaction AND 1.85% if using MASTERCARD OR VISA as the payment method for fees. I will pay the associated fee of $0.33 per transaction AND 3.5% if using AMEX as the payment method for fees.
A failed payment fee of $10.00 will be added to my STEP RIGHT STUDIOS account if my direct debit payment fails.
Where a direct debit payment fails in 2 consecutive deductions, students will not be able to participate in classes and any STEP RIGHT STUDIOS events until all outstanding amounts are paid in full.
