I CAN'T ATTEND A SCHEDULED LESSON
Please mark absent in the customer portal app at least 1hour before class starts, and a makeup lesson will be added to your account.
Failure to mark yourself absent on the customer portal app at least 1 hour before your class starts, will result in the class proceeding without you, and there will be no makeup lesson provided. The same procedure applies to a makeup lesson you can't attend.
LESSON CANCELLED DUE TO WASHOUT OR HEATOUT
In certain situations, such as rainy weather or temperatures exceeding 35 degrees we may need to cancel lessons. In such cases, you will recieve a text message before your scheduled lesson and we will add a makeup lesson to your account.
HOW DO I BOOK A MAKEUP LESSON?
In order to book a make up lesson you must download the ThinkSmartPortal App onto your phone from the app store.
After you register, whenever you mark absent at least 1 hour before for your scheduled lesson a makeup lesson will be added to your account.
In the event of your scheduled lesson beiong cancelled due to a washout or heatout, a makeup lesson will be added to your account within 12 hours.
To book a makeup lesson you simply go onto the ThinkSmart Portal App, select book a make up lesson and the available classes at your standard will show up.
You can only use your makeup lessons if you are currently enroled in 1 or more lessons.
WHAT CAN I USE MY MAKEUP LESSON ON?
1) Group lesson during the week or weekend, or you can do a double lesson on your normal day - only group lessons that aren't at capacity will be able to be booked on the app.
2) Holiday clinic on the school holidays - we have adjusted our holiday clinic to be 5- 8 kids per coach and run for 1 hour to represent similar value to a group lesson.
DO MAKEUP LESSONS EXPIRE
Makeup lessons expire after 26 weeks. We now allow make up lessons to be used towards holiday clinics. You can only use your makeup lessons if you are currently enroled in 1 or more lessons.
CAN WE CREDIT / REFUND MISSED CLASSES?
We regret to inform you that we are unable to credit missed classes. Our invoices are designed for a minimum term commitment, which typically spans 9, 10, or 11 weeks.
The reason behind this policy is that even if you miss a class, the lesson continues as scheduled, and we continue to incur expenses such as court hire, wages, insurance, and other operational costs to facilitate the class.
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
Regular group classes stop during school holidays. We follow the public school term. We may run holiday clinics and tournaments that can be booked casually.
Re ENROLMENT NEXT TERM
Classes are automatically carried over from one term to the next, ensuring your enrollment for the upcoming term. If you wish to discontinue lessons or alter your class schedule, kindly get in touch with Guccione Tennis before the commencement of the new term.
HOW DO INVOICES WORK?
Invoices are generated for terms lasting 9, 10, or 11 weeks, aligning with the public school term schedule.
PAYMENTS
One week prior to the start of the upcoming term, we issue invoices. Payments are required by the due date, which is after 21 days after being issued. We offer various payment options as follows:

2 Card Payment (Fees apply)
3 Cash
You can not pay weekly for your group lessons and squad lessons, they are a termly commitment.
PHOTO POLICY
I give permission for Guccione Tennis to take and use images and video of me or my child participating in Tennis lessons for use on the guccionetennis.com.au website or social media accounts.
I agree to email the office at guccionetennis@hotmail.com if i don't want images or video taken of my child on the guccionetennis.com.au website or social media accounts.
