???? Payment Policy

* All lessons must be paid for at least 24 hours before the session.
* Term fees must be paid before the first lesson of the term.
* An invoice will be issued with the following payment options:
* Online Card Payment (1.75% surcharge applies)
* Direct Bank Transfer (please include the invoice number and student’s full name as the payment reference)
* Payment is not attendance-based. No refunds or credits will be given for missed lessons. Please see the Make-Up Lesson Policy below.
* If you would prefer to pay in instalments, please contact us before the payment due date to arrange a payment plan.
* Approved payment plans incur a $10 administration fee.

⏰ Late Payment Policy

* If an invoice remains unpaid 14 days after the due date, a $10 administration fee will be applied.
* If an invoice remains unpaid 28 days after the due date, a 5% late fee will be added to the outstanding balance.
* A 5% monthly interest charge will continue to accrue on overdue balances until payment is received.
* Friendly payment reminders will be sent on and after the due date.
* Players with outstanding fees may not be re-enrolled in future terms until the balance has been cleared.
* Invoices outstanding for more than 60 days may be referred to a debt collection agency, with any recovery costs added to the outstanding balance.

????️ Inclement Weather Policy

Rain

If the courts are unplayable, the coach will declare a wash-out and notify families as soon as possible.

Where possible, lessons may continue in damp conditions if the courts remain safe.

If you do not hear from us, please assume your lesson is going ahead.

Heat

When the temperature at the club reaches 35°C or the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) exceeds 28°C, lessons may be modified, postponed or cancelled until conditions are safe.

Thunderstorms

If lightning is detected within 30 km, all lessons will be suspended immediately and will only resume once conditions are safe.

???? Make-Up Lesson Policy

When Make-Up Lessons Are Offered

Make-up lessons are available when a class is missed due to:

* Inclement weather (rain, heat or lightning)
* Cancellation by Sandhurst Tennis
* Personal reasons (e.g. illness, injury, appointment or school camp), provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given (maximum one personal make-up per class, per term).

Group, Squad & Academy Lessons

Group, Squad and Academy lessons are delivered as structured term coaching programs, rather than the purchase of individual lessons.

If a lesson is cancelled due to inclement weather, players are welcome to attend another suitable class as a make-up lesson, subject to availability.

If more than two scheduled lessons are cancelled due to inclement weather during a term, Sandhurst Tennis will also provide one or more dedicated make-up sessions during the school holidays at no additional cost.

Make-Up Lesson Conditions

* Make-up lessons must be booked in advance through the Customer Portal.
* Make-up lessons are subject to availability.
* Make-up lessons remain valid for 120 days, provided the player remains actively enrolled at Sandhurst Tennis.
* No refunds or credits will be provided for missed lessons.

???? Group, Squad & Academy Lessons

Lessons Cancelled by Sandhurst Tennis

Where possible, a make-up lesson will be made available in accordance with the Make-Up Lesson Policy above.

Lessons You Cannot Attend

* Please notify us as early as possible.
* Personal absences require at least 24 hours’ notice to be eligible for a make-up lesson.
* Personal make-up lessons are limited to one per class, per term.
* Make-up lessons are subject to availability.

????‍???? Private, Semi-Private & Private Group Lessons

Lessons Cancelled by Sandhurst Tennis

A replacement lesson will be arranged at a mutually agreed time.

Lessons Missed by the Student

Private lessons cancelled for personal reasons are not eligible for a make-up lesson unless otherwise agreed with the coach.

Private lessons reserve dedicated coaching and court time regardless of attendance and therefore remain payable.

❤️ Medical & Liability Policy

I authorise Sandhurst Tennis staff to act on my behalf in any medical emergency.

I release Sandhurst Tennis from all liability for illness or injury sustained during participation in its programs or events, except where required by law.

???? Photo & Video Consent Policy

Sandhurst Tennis may take photographs or video for player development and promotional purposes.

By enrolling, you consent to this use without compensation or additional notice.

If you would prefer that you or your child not appear in photographs or promotional material, please let us know and we will happily respect your wishes.

Your personal information will never be sold or shared without your consent.

Information collected is used for communication, registration and program administration only.

We may register your child with Tennis Australia as part of our coaching program where applicable.

From time to time, you may receive email updates regarding enrolments, programs, events and other Sandhurst Tennis news.
