By enrolling in our School, you accept that all dance classes, activities and events held at our studios can involve the risk of personal injury.
The Performance Company will accept no responsibility or legal liability arising from your participation or attendance in our dance classes or other events.
You agree to release The Performance Company from all liability to the full extent permitted by law for any personal injury sustained by a student as a result of any negligent or deliberate act or omission sustained whilst on our premises including the studio.
Tuition fees are payable within the first 10 days from date of issue of invoice for each term and can be paid by cash, cheque or electronic funds transfer, EFTPOS and Ezidebit.
Classes missed due to general illness, holidays or other commitments are non-refundable and non-transferable however, upon presentation of a medical certificate from a doctor or physiotherapist, credits may apply
As refusal may offend, please note that even with notice given – classes not attended due to holidays etc. will not be credited or invoices amended for any reason. If you wish to discontinue a class you must notify the administration by email immediately via email within 2 weeks of commencement of the class OTHERWISE any outstanding fees for that class must be paid in full.
All fees outstanding amounts beyond their due date will incur a $25.00 late fee per WEEK – no exceptions. Notification of this fee will not be provided unless requested by the parent/guardian.
If any fees are unpaid for a period in excess of 30 days from the commencement date of term, The Performance Company has the right to:
(a) Exclude the student from attending classes and or
(b) Take debt recovery proceedings
THE PERFORMANCE COMPANY reserves the right to use any Photographs/Video taken at any Commercial/Competitive Event, Workshop, Masterclass, Generic Class, Rehearsal or Production affiliated with TPC without the expressed written permission of those included within the Image or Footage.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photograph subject to approval from the Parent or Legal Guardian.
Objection in writing needs to be addressed to the Creative Director stipulating your conditions of publication in regards to the above within 14 days of enrolment submission.
I hereby accept the Terms and Conditions as outlined by the Performance Company and accept that any breach of these conditions may result in my enrolment being terminated.
