FEE PAYMENT:
* Annual registration fees of $35 per family are payable at the time of enrolment for new students and at the beginning of the calendar year in subsequent years.
* Tuition fees are charged per term, which is usually 10 weeks, and is payable at the beginning of every term through the online customer portal. Studen'ts place in the class for that term is only confirmed upon receipt of fee payment online.
* If a new student enrols after a term has commenced, we provide pro-rata rates.
* Fees are non-refundable once paid. (In rare circumstances, such as if a child disengages after the term has started, a refund may be arranged at the discretion of the director, minus any account processing charges.)
TRIAL LESSONS:
* We offer a no obligation trial class, so that new students can attend the first class to see if they enjoy it or not. If not wishing to continue the classes, there is no obligation to pay for that lesson or to enrol. Should the student wish to continue, they can then register and pay for ther term fee online.
DISCOUNTS:
* NSW creative kids and active kids vouchers are accepted, and can be used towards term fees.
* To redeem the vouchers, you must email a copy of the voucher to dance.samarpana@gmail.com. Then on the online portal when you make the fee payment, use coupon code, ACTIVE100 or CREATIVE100 and the $100 will be automatically deducted from the fee for that term.
* Discount is also available for students enrolled in more than one class per week, at 10% off the 2nd and each subsequent class.
* Family Discount is offered at 5% off for 2nd family member, and 10% for 3rd and each subsequent family members.
* Multi-class and family discounts are automatically applied during the enrolment process.
ATTENDANCE & MAKE-UP CLASSES:
* Regular attendance is important for development and progress in dance classes.
* Make-up classes may be offered for missed lessons, if a suitable class is available only, and is not guaranteed.
* If we cancel any lesson during the term, an alternative class will be offered at our convenience, or credit offered for the missed lesson that can be transferred to next term fee, or towards a school holiday workshop.
TERMINATING CLASSES:
* If you no longer want to continue with the classes, you must notify us in writing about your intention to terminate, and the last date the student intends to attend classes.
* If you stop attending classes mid-term, or after enrolling and paying for term classes, the fees will not be refunded.
