There is an annual registration FEE of $44 per student upon registration. On payment this will secure your child's position in the studio FOR THE YEAR. There is no re-enrolment each term.
This registration fee will be separately invoiced & sent to you within 7 days of completing the registration.

3. Direct debit into the Upstage Dance Studio acc - details mentioned on the invoice.
* Additionally, we also offer the convenience of online payments through a third-party facility. The facility allows you to make credit card payments online. However, please be aware that there are fees associated with using this facility. The fees for the different payment methods are as follows:
Ezipayment via invoice link or via the parent portal:
- Credit card: $0.33 per transaction + card fee
- Via or mastercard: 1.87%
- American Express: 3.5%
Please note that these fees are applicable only when using the online payment facility. If you prefer to pay through the other mentioned methods these fees do not apply.
Please ensure you complete the payment by the specified due date to avoid any late payment charges. Please be aware that a $10.00 administration fee will be added to your invoice for the costs associated with chasing outstanding payment. This fee will be applied to invoices that require a follow-up due to non-payment.
Families making monthly payment, please divide your invoice by three to make your first payment. You will be emailed a reminder when your second and third payment is due.

Timely Payment: To secure your child's spot within the class, it is crucial to make timely payments. Failure to make payment by the specified deadline may result in the release of the spot, making it available to other interested participants. VOUCHERS
You can use your Active / Creative Kids Vouchers from Service NSW with us. Simply upload your voucher details on our website by our cut off date for us to apply to your Term FEES
DISCOUNTS
2.5% discount on every additional class per child
CANCELLATIONS
Term invoices once created will require payment.
30 day notice prior to the start of a new term is required to amend or cancel any classes/payments.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
End of year concert Costumes: $70 - $110 approx per class. A deposit of $40 per class will be added to your Term Two invoice and the balance will be invoiced and debited in Term Three, prior to the end of year concert.
Ballet Examinations: BBO charges a fee to enter Ballet Examinations, you will receive an invoice for this prior to your child's Exam.
Concert FEE: $90 including rehearsals, concert day activities, backstage supervision & entertainment, professional digital video footage, end of year awards
Showgroup: Show Group students will also require costumes for eisteddfods throughout the year & Competition fee's.Â
SOCIAL MEDIA
I give permission for my child to be photographed and/or videotaped and for this material to be used for promotion purposes for Upstage Dance Studio
