Payment Methods: Once you receive your invoice you can choose to pay in full or via instalments with automated payments.

Group Class Discounts: If fees are paid in full or direct debit plan in place by the end of week 4 students receive the discounts listed on the next page. **After this time the discounts will not be applied and a new invoice will be issued. using the standard rates. The sibling discount is allocated to the student paying the lower amount. Group class discounts are not allocated to private/duo/Mini lessons. Any outstanding fees must be paid by the end of each term to continue enrolment.

Absence Policy / Withdrawal : For weeks one and two and up until the Saturday of week two students may adjust their enrolment (where possible). Any adjustments in the time period must be forwarded in an email to admin@tarabecker.com.au. After this time all lessons in the term are to be paid for, however if your child is absent for any reason they may book in for a catch up lesson. If a rising star student decides they no longer wish to dance we offer a credit note for you to use later in the year.


Hired Costume Return Policy: All costumes are property of Tara Becker School of Dance and must be returned promptly. If costumes are not returned (in same condition) the cost of the costume will be invoiced to you.

Photography/Videography: Tara Becker School of Dance may take photos or videos of students at Tara Becker School of Dance or related events such as the end of year concert. These may be used for advertising or social media purposes.

Choreography : All choreography taught to Tara Becker School of Dance students are property of Tara Becker School of Dance.

Release of Liability: It is the parent's responsibility to ensure their child is physically and medically fit for classes and studio activities. While Tara Becker School of Dance takes all precautions to keep students safe, parents are responsible for the well being of their child. Parents should only leave studio premises if their child is old enough to take themselves to the toilet. Student’s need to be walked into the studio and picked up from inside the building. Children are not permitted outside of the studio building unless with a parent.

Medical Emergencies Agreement: In the event of an accident or emergency I hereby authorise my child to be transported to a hospital for medical treatment and I hold Tara Becker School of Dance and its representatives harmless in the execution of such. Additionally, I hereby agree to individually provide for all medical expenses which may be incurred by me or my child/ren as a result of any injury sustained while participating at or for Tara Becker School of Dance.

Allergies/Medical Conditions: We require written information (signed off by Tara Shaw) of students with a significant medical condition or allergy. If your child suffers from anaphylaxis we require a photo and care plan to display in our kitchen area (with your permission).
